had to change my glow plug on my 2013 Duramax, unfortunately because it was in there for so long, I snapped the tip off leaving the shaft without a head for the socket to go on. Phil’s was more then amazing, I called and they got me right in understanding my time constraints. Dave wrote up a ticket and told me to bring it right in. he was extremely fair and honest! a few hours into the extraction they stopped and called me to let me know the risk of if they kept going it could cause a bigger problem. The rest being it snapped in the cylinder head and unfortunately they don’t work those jobs on diesels. He was extremely upfront and honest giving me all the information I asked for to weigh the risk amd benifit. Ultimately talking with him and the tech I was comfortable with them continuing the work to try, seeing how honest, fair, and careful they were I was happy to let them keep going. Another few hours and they called me to say it was basically out but they wanted to have the new one right away so it didn’t sit with an open hole into the cylinder longer then necessary. I okayed the work and they had it done before the quoted deadline!!!!! I’ll be bringing my wife’s f150, my other gas truck, and my duramax back (for work they do on diesels) anytime I need it!! I HIGHLY recommend Dan and his team of Mechanics!!! Some of the first I’ve found around town that I fully trust!!!
